> 3 dayYou can put the roller in but as soon as you turn machine on there was a grinding noise. I couldnt figure it out so i put in the second one. And same thing. The part that says pull at end of roller spins, but compresses once you turn machine on. I pulled the roller out and the end no longer spends. The pull end is so tight that roller does not spin. So it is worthless. This is not for bissell pet crosswave. Doesnt matter description it doesnt work. Do not buy.

Greater than one weekThe roller and filter cartridges appeared very similar to originals. The roller seemed a little more fluffy which only seemed to affect it sucking up fabric or rug edges easier than the originals. ( I use my crosswave on my dogs bed pillow between cleanings to such up pet hair)

> 3 dayThese were great. They work just like the original roller brushes. I have multiple rooms with tile floors so I need at least 3 if I clean all of the floors in one day. I do not use the roller brushes in the bathroom on any other floor so it requires multiple to clean my home.

> 3 daySo convenient. Easy to use. Just an awesome find for my vacuum and something to have on hand as I need to replace any part. Little brush with cutter is nice!

> 3 dayThe parts fit perfectly and are a fraction of the cost compared to the Bissell website. I will definitely reorder.

> 3 dayI just opened one of the rollers to use. After installing properly and using for only a few minutes the roller stopped spinning and the machine started a grinding. I turned off the machine and pulled the roller out. In the process of getting it out I burned my fingers bc of how hot it was. I looked at the opposite end and it was starting to strip (as pictured). I put another in and it did the same thing. I then put the original roller that came with the machine back in and haven’t had a problem since. Not too happy.
