Just exactly what I needed. A direct replacement.

actual measurements are 19 3/4 x 25 1/4 x 4 1/4. I had to buy another 1 inch filter to fill in the gap. Now the furnace squeels when the air is flowing. Next year I will not buy this one again, it is not the size advertized. Very dissapointed.

The worker will but a little expensive

Amazing how much these trap from our HVAC air... Sort of scary we breath all this dust otherwise. We run our 3500 sq ft home fan continuously (on low) and this filter lasts 6 months.
