I ordered this for my daughter who was coming to work for us and would be carrying her laptop to and from work each day and plugging in to a docking station. This computer strains my wrist to even lift it with one hand and my daughter is petite with small shoulders and dainty wrists. There was NO WAY I was going to let her carry this in a bag every day. She would have had major issues using it day to day. I kept it for my husband to use but honestly, its such a hassle getting in and out of a bag and setting up due to the weight, he hardly ever uses it either. If youre going to leave it set up on a desk, Im sure its great, but as a portable laptop, which thats what its supposed to be, its RIDICULOUSLY heavy.

Upon pressing power button it just powered on and off constantly. NBD really, and they refunded the money, but its just a pain to have to jump through the hoops to return and a bummer to not get the laptop I had my heart set on.

For the money, you cannot beat it (no really). For a laptop, this thing blazes, especially for the price.

Purchased a $900+ Lonovo Laptop in late November. By mid-February the built in camera stopped functioning. Their response: Your product is no longer supported. Ill never spend another cent on anything this company touches.

Its a day late, but its safely packed in a huge box. I dont see any inconvenience in using the computer. The speed of loading a computer is pretty fast :)

Purchased a $1200 laptop with an upgraded SSD and after only 5 months, the SSD goes bad and its not covered under manufacture warranty because seller put in a 3rd party SSD. Seller will not respond to my requests and proof of the bad SSD. Do not buy from this seller.

A great laptop that is fast even when large programs that have higher end minimum requirements are loaded and running. Very pleased with this computer!

Whatever you do, do not purchase a Lenovo product. I purchased a Lenovo Legion y740 gaming laptop over Black Friday of 2019. I had originally ordered from another manufacturer but they had advised that they would take 6 weeks to ship so I cancelled and purchased the Legion.
