This laptop is just fine for what I need. It is lightweight, and has a numeric keypad. Would like a little bit more storage, but it is sufficient for moderate business use. It is fast enough and has not presented any problems. Overall satisfied with purchase and performance.

I have had good success with Lenovo laptops over the years. This unit has a decent screen and a very nice keyboard. Oddly enough, the webcam went south. I surfed the web and realized that it was not just my laptop - it was a common issue with that version/build. Otherwise, a good purchase.

Why does Amazon ask for reviews so soon after purchase? There hasn’t been enough time or use of this laptop to know how it’s going to perform. I am tempted to give 1 star just because it’s too soon

3 days calling and being forwarded by support. Sent to Microsoft, Lenovo accounting, wrong model department, finally India who wants credit card to continue. 7 phone calls, hours wasted. Nice machine if it worked. never again.

No where does it state this laptop comes with Windows 10 S Mode. Ive followed all instructions on removing S -Mode and it will not remove. S Mode makes the laptop solely Microsoft. will not allow 3 party software if it is not MS certified. My McAfee wont even work on it. too much money to have a computer that will not function on anything that is not MS Certified You can not use a different browser either. apparently this S Mode problem and not being able to remove it is a known problem for this unit. but is ignored as they think its about security This unit is going back
