Great for what I needed and a great daily use laptop.

If someone is looking to do a bit of gaming with not high-end graphics, internet browsing, microsoft office and for other day to day use, this is the best laptop for the given price. However, the quality of display, keyboard and trackpad is not that great, but you will only notice it when you would have used a flag ship laptop (like surface book/macbook/hp spectre, dell xp etc). Other than that, its a good product.

The screen is bad but big enough for home office, for gaming and entertainment is very dull. The specs though are great for gaming or multitasking even for a laptop without dedicated video card. Battery lasts enough, about 3-4 hours of heavy use

I had high hopes for this machine ordered on Prime Day. Delivered promptly buy it wasnt long before I had problems. The keyboard worked on boot up but once Windows loaded only the fn keys worked. I had two calls to tech support attempting to resolve the problem using the TouchPad keyboard for input. Finally was told to send in to Lenovo for service. I didnt want to return it to Amazon for credit because I would have lost out on the Prime Day discount.

Bought this to replace an HP laptop 6+ years old that shouldve been replaced a long time ago. Painfully slow. Took forever to boot up. I couldnt take it anymore. I stumbled upon this. My laptop for my job is a Lenovo laptop and I dig it. Im actually Lenovo certified through work to perform warranty repairs, etc. so Im familiar with Lenovo. This thing is amazing! Im only using it for basic home useage: banking, taxes, etc. I have a PS5 for gaming. This is light years above the HP which Im sure I paid twice the price for. Boots up fast and plenty fast for what I use it for. I removed McAfee and put Avast on it. Its smaller than my hp which I deem a good thing. Im liking Windows 11 home, as well. When I first attempted to install Avast I was prompted to go to the MS store for all app installations but I easily resolved that. This is a great laptop and I dont believe youll find anything comparable at this price. Amazing. Ill be wiping the hard drive on my HP today! Wooo whooo!

This is a good laptop for basic internet stuff, which is all I needed. However, the constant Lenovo ads are infuriating. Ive checked all of the settings options and tried a few tutorials on how to remove them, but nothing has worked. If I previously had any desire to purchase their antivirus program or more Lenovo products, that has turned into anger at my inability to control what I see on my own computer. If the Lenovo team sees this and would like to help remedy this issue, that would be much appreciated

Aug 2022 updated edit: 4 months later, display is dying. distorted pink green bands. Repairs will cost me hundreds. Ive never had a laptop die this quickly.

Purchased for going back to school. Used minimally for less than a year and now it wont charge and wont turn on.

This is the third Lenovo laptop that I ordered, and the products they were all completely terrible. The laptop looks pretty but is functionally worthless.

What an awesome deal for this computer! Light weight, really fast, long battery life, good looking! I use it for a lot of video and music editing, runs these big programs with ease.
