> 24 hourPaid $741 for a laptop. Received a cheap keyboard in the mail the next day. Disappointed would be an understatement. I hope this is an error and not just a scam, but it feels like a scam.

> 24 hourFor sure this is the more affordable, easily upgradeable gaming laptop in the market this year. Not only for the cost ($660) but for the improvements you can do. The keyboard is rock solid; the 120 Hz display is awesome, the heat dissipation is very good, despite that the laptop heats significantly when is working hard or gaming. But, in general, the build is much better than other brands in the same price range. In fact, right now is $100 or less than other laptops with the same hardware or worse. The first picture shows the interior of the laptop, exactly as it arrived.

> 24 hourDont know what kind of testing is done by the manufacturer before they sell it off because the quality of the laptop us not up to mark. Everything was working well when I received it except for a little back light bleed on the bottom right corner (but you wouldnt notice it most times). Wish the screen was brighter as well but i kinda knew what i was getting. Would definitely recommend to upgrade to 16gb ram and add an extra ssd for more storage as I did especially if you are gaming. Most games work fine in high settings and the fans run well to keep the device from overheating. Another issue came up after 2 weeks of using. Some part inside speaker starts moving whenever I lift the laptop or tap on the left side near the speakers. I opened the laptop to see what it was and still couldnt figure it out. (Will update this review later).

> 24 hourI loved the old thinkpad i had, so when the kids needed to go portable i thought lenovo might be a good choice. and the price was definitely good. middle of gaming half the screen goes full rainbow, with the other side black. power cycled and nothing, no beep no logo. i pulled the ram and still no beep. definitely dead, suppose the one good aspect is it has removable memory so at least my kid didnt loose all of their minecraft worlds. Im going to try contacting lenovo, and will update if they make it good.

> 24 hourThis is a good laptop for gaming, especially at its price point. I would recommend upgrading the storage because it comes with 256GB. I upgraded the ram as well and this laptop can run almost any game with no problems. The battery life could be better but I usually have it plugged in anyways for better performance. Overall, its a good laptop for anyone wanting to start PC gaming.

> 24 hourThis is supposed to be a gaming laptop and the battery is horrible. Just browsing the internet and doing easy things. Doing these things it only last hrs before saying its low battery life.

> 24 hourFor whatever reason as my laptop arrived for Christmas whenever I try to connect to the internet it takes a long time for it to load and it does this for every app even for updates on the computer can someone help me?

> 24 hourAdded one 8gb stick of ram and pulled the tiny nvme in favor of a Sabrent 2tb nvme. Only drawback that I came across is the 2.5 drive and the full sized nvme slots occupy the same space, so you have to choose which you want. Would have been happier if the choice was between the smaller nvme slot and the 2.5 slot, but the 2tb drive I installed is plenty.

> 24 hourApparently there is a fairly common issue of Wi-Fi dropping randomly. Not exactly sure why not drivers or anything like that. When I looked up fixes seems like a lot of people with this particular laptop have this issue. Most fixes involve reinstalling windows, going into bios or doing things I dont think I should have to do for a brand new computer. Drivers and updates are no big deal even small fixes are not a problem for me but having to reinstall windows or some other nonsense right out of the box, not happy.
