Recently went back to school and needed a hub like this. My MacAir doesnt have too many ports on it, so something like this was necessary. It works really well and was basically plug-n-play. Great purchase!

Works great with laptop

I ordered this spiffy USB-C hub to go with my laptop, which has no card reader or Ethernet connection built in. I have only tested those two features, which worked just as expected, so I assume the basic hub functionality works as well. It is good looking, and appears to be well-made, with a snug fitting USB-C input connector, at least on my laptop. The lead-in cable is reinforced at the base, which is a nice touch. I only have Cat 5e cables handy, but I got a speed test of about 700 Mbps on our gigabit router, after making sure I wasnt fooling myself with a remembered Wi-Fi connection. I would recommend this device, especially if you need the outdated VGA connection for an older monitor.

I just got a new computer and need to connect additional monitors and wired Ethernet. This is perfect!! Connected right up and connected to Ethernet and the monitor. Perfect. Easy to install and came packaged perfectly. Nice and lite and compact. I made a great choice and so will you. Great value.

I got this for my new MacBook Air M2 because as anyone with one knows, there are only 2 Thunderbolt ports. Wanted something small enough and sturdy enough to handle mostly additional storage and other usb devices. This has a plug for any contingency. Was especially pleased that it included a headphone jack for those times when you cant use bluetooth. What I really like about this one is that theres a cord. I originally had one for my MacBook and my iPad that plugged directly into the port and sat flush on the side. There are some advantages and disadvantages to those. I also like that each plug is labeled. Smart. I was careful when selecting this to make sure it worked with an M2, since some dont. So, I was frustrated that there are no support options for this when I couldnt get it to be recognized on my Air. Just FYI, when plugging it into the port, you need to make sure that the plug is in all the way. Youll hear a snap. It was kind of a dug moment, but it looked like it was in all the way. Be aware, I couldnt find any support or website to ask questions, which makes me wonder about the worth of the warranty that comes with it.

I needed one of these with VGA and this one fit the bill. It works great, everything is recognized immediately in Windows 10, no driver issues with anything. Plugging and unplugging works as expected. Great device for the price.
