> 3 dayI have this next to my treadmill, holds iPad perfectly right in front of your face while running. I had to elevate it on a base to get it to the right height for use with treadmill. If it werent so expensive I would buy another for my bedroom.

> 3 dayThe item came in well packed and on time. It is a very solid holder and is very heavy but the wheels make it easy to move around. It is a very solid and useful piece.

> 3 dayWe have two of the original Levo book floor stands (Model LBH). My wife has a neck condition that causes her pain if she reads a book held in her lap. These book stands allow her to position the book directly in front of her so that her head is properly positioned to avoid the pain. We keep one upstairs and one downstairs. While the stand is on rollers the base is heavy (about 20 pounds) and it is cumbersome to move up and down the stairs multiple times a day. Unfortunately these stands do not work as well when she uses her iPad. She was balancing the iPad on the stand as if it were a book so it was not very secure. The biggest problem, however, is that the stand wobbles whenever you touch the screen of the iPad. It is not too bad when you are primarily reading but is very unstable when you are playing a game. In all fairness this particular stand was designed for a book. They had a different attachment for use with a tablet. We did not buy this attachment because it still would not have solved the wobble problem in the overall stand. When we saw the G2 version on Amazon we thought we would try it out and if it still wobbled we would just send it back. We did not need three stands that wobbled. Well, after using the new stand for a few weeks she absolutely loves it. The whole stand has been redesigned and it much more stable. The main pole is a larger diameter and the way it is attached to the base is much better than the original stand. They also eliminated the gooseneck portion of the stand which contributed to the motion of the tablet whenever she was tapping the screen. The quick lever locks are more secure than the twist knobs used on the original model. It is also easier to adjust the stand into a comfortable position because there is one more degree of motion than in the original. The stand and wheels are basically the same as the original. It is still hard to push it on a thick carpet but it does roll very easily on a hardwood floor. The tablet is held in place using small bungee cords. It took a little adjusting to get them just right so that the tablet was secure but it was still easy to remove and reinstall the tablet. When correctly adjusted you are able to turn the tablet upside down so that you can read it while lying flat on your back. Overall, it is a very good design. We briefly considered buying the G2 Amped Deluxe version with built in charging but it was about $40 more expensive. Instead I bought a 6 ft black USB cable for about $6 and attached it along the stand with a few black tie wraps. The Apple charger sits on the base of the stand where it is out of the way. It is not as elegant as the Levo design but works well and looks OK. In summary, we highly recommend the G2 stand for use with a tablet.

> 3 dayBest birthday present ever. We use it a lot when lying in bed. I can use it to watch netflix on my phone while folding clothes, listen to my amazon prime music, etc. Its heavy duty and easily adjustable to get it at the perfect height or angle.

> 3 dayThe seller says 30 is the height but that must be the clearance underneath for your legs. Since the standard height of a sofa seating area is 17-18 off the ground that means your keyboard is going to be 17 above the sofa before you sit in it and the cushions sink in... I took some pictures to illustrate this for the few people that still type and not swype… Other than that issue this seems like a great item if you just want to type whilst sitting on the top bunk of your bed or on the kitchen table. Also be aware of the Surface you want to use on here, my 13.5 Surface Book struggled to fit in the very nice and well built clamp... I wish I had a taller sofa!
