Bought this to help my wife with very bad allergies. After setting it up her allergy symptoms seemed to improve but I have no real way to test how much it actually improves the air quality. It is very quiet and the filter does look like it is catching a good bit of dust so it is doing something.

This air purifier works great. Its good for a bedroom and the night mode works perfect. It is very silent. During the day I put it on II or III and it does get loud, but not to the point where it bothersome. I dont believe it would work in a larger area, but as far as for the bedroom its perfect.

This machine absolutely works and I’d still recommend it to friends/family because I do think it’s worth the investment. I bought it to help me during allergy season and within the first couple days of having it on, I noticed I was sneezing less and much less congested. However, I just got my power bill back and yikes. This little machine alone cost me an extra $100 in electricity. So I shut it off for now and noticed my sneezing and congestion are back and just as bad as before. I still plan to use this but will definitely need to start being more strategic with how long I keep this on and using the timer feature more often. (I had just left it running for really extended periods of time before.) I would caution others to do the same if they plan on purchasing.

I see a lot of people wondering if this thing makes a difference. Well here is my story. I sleep with a CPAP that filters the air while I sleep. So all night long I get pure clean air and I noticed when I wak up in the morning and take off my mask the first couple breathes of my household air was best desribed as very stale and dusty. Its hard to explain but it wasnt good and I was shocked at how bad it really was because after about 2 or 3 breathes your brain gets used to it and you dont notice it anymore until the next morning when I take off that CPAP mask. Because of this I decided to purchase this Levoit Core 300. For the size of my house 1380 square foot I probably should have bought two but was hoping one would at least make a difference. I recieved it 3 days ago and when I opened it up and set it up which was extremely easy and everything seems very good quality, I ran it on the highest setting for about 8 hours. After that I set it on the middle setting of 2 and it is barely able to be heard. It sits in my living room and honestly without a second one in my bedroom I didnt expect much of a difference when I went to bed. Waking up the following morning and it now running about 16 hours I took off my mask and was shocked that I could barely tell a difference between the filtered air of my CPAP and the house air. The second morning no difference at all it was pure clean air like when I sleep with my CPAP. I am totally impressed. Looks like I dont even need a second one but I plan on getting a second one soon for the bedroom anyways. It is a great product. I expect my allergies will become better which I think Ive already noticed and the house is dust free right now. Its an incredible air purifier.

I have 3 dogs that Im allergic to. They all love me, and theyre all dandery messes, that love to get on everything. Not to mention the pollen is through the roof in my state. This purifier works so well, that I can now wake up feeling like I can breathe. My room smells amazingly fresh. It works so well, I bought 2 more. One in the living room and one in my kitchen. I love it.

I have a cat who strayed into my life, and whom I totally love, despite being terribly allergic to him. My allergy and resultant asthma were really awful this past winter, and I bought this air filter out of desperation. When I received it in the mail, I couldnt believe how nice a product it was. This is not some cheaply made item, but reminds me of how many products were years ago: simply made well. And the best thing is, my asthma is so much better now after this purchase. I can barely believe it! I have since bought a smaller version (also nice) for my little study, and will probably buy another large one at some point. Want to add that I love the sound of the air filter too. The first two are fairly quiet, with the third louder but (to me) lulling rather than disturbing. I cannot vouch this will work for everyone who has allergy problems, but I would say its worth a try!

At first, I was skeptical that this would help with my severe allergies to dust, dogs, certain outdoor trees and weeds. After a few days, I noticed that I did not wake up with a stuffy nose anymore, which is such a relief! Pretty much what I am allergic to indoors (dust & dogs) is hard to avoid as I have 2 dogs & live in the dustiest state in the US, Arizona (big ol dust bowl). Glad I gave this a try. I will need to order a few more for other rooms. Definitely recommend!

I had terrible allergies this year and then someone recommended buying an air purifier. My search on Amazon lead me to this one and no wonder the ratings are so high for this. It works like a charm! Very easy to assemble and install. And it purifies the air very efficiently. I could see its effect from Day 1. While I dont have a way to scientifically measure the purity of the air in my bedroom, the way my body responded to allergies after I started using this air purifier gives me immense faith in its quality and standard. A must buy!

Bought this because my cat was diagnosed with asthma and I wanted to help prevent flare ups. It’s very effective; he rarely gets a flare up, and I enjoy the fact that my allergies are curbed as well. My only disappointment was that I had to replace the filter sooner than I thought.

I bought this item because I was happy with the smaller version of it. Bro, its cheap compared to others. It does the job. I use the big one for the living room and kitchen. I use the smaller one the invididual rooms. Do i really need that many? Probably not. The house smells noticeably different. You may be asking, what about the noise? Its super quite, and sometimes I second guess myself if its on. If its not quite, you got a bad fan, oh well, just get it replaced, stuff happens. On the highest, its loud, but not bad. I can sleep on the highest setting and have it not bother me. Just get it, leave it in a corner of a room, and forget about it until a year later when you forgot you need to change the filter.
