This is the second Levoit machine we’ve purchased and both have not worked well. For this one - the first couple weeks were great. Then the machine detected poor air quality perpetually and we’ve noticed that the quality of our air is not great. Disappointed and don’t recommend this machine. It’s flashy with the app, but not effective or reliable.

I have always been skeptical of air purifiers. Do they really work? I am here to say, this one definitely does! I foster cats. We have had 5 cats in the house for a year. I HATE the smell of a cat box. I clean my boxes daily. I recently was gifted the litter robot (It was used) and already held a scent to it. (BTW, litter robot is AMAZING!) BUT. I was still struggling with cat smell. I did some research for best purifiers for animal smells. And levoit had hit top 5 on several recommendation lists. Amazon had an amazing deal on this model, so I decided to try. Cat. Smell. Is. GONE! its very quiet. Has an auto mode, which pumps up the speed when it senses impurities in the air. When the cats poop, it goes to HIGH! The cat smell was completely gone in within 12 hours of having it on auto. Im in love, and fully recommend this!!!!

This is my third Levoit air purifier. I each one and all different sizes. I purchased Vital 200S to be in my living room. For the first several weeks, this thing ran with the color blue. All of a sudden a couple nights ago after cooking it turned red and has remain for the last couple days. I put my middle size unit right next to the new larger unit and turned it on auto. The light is blue. So I have two Levoits right next to each other. One is blue one is red. I’m going with the new larger unit that is red is incorrect. How do I reset this thing? I’ve already vacuumed out the filter.

I would not buy this again. Terrible, the screen after a week keeps intermittently turn off. Also i don’t think it works well many times it will turn off even if i set it to work 10 hours a day. Most of all it does not remove smells or odors as it claims. Even in a small open room which you would think would be a simple task it does not work good. I give this a -10 out of 10. Try locking for another brand I do not recommend this one.

excellent product the only drawback is you have to purchase the app to run it through your phone .

This works great, isnt too loud, looks good in the room and noticeable difference in allergies since using. I have 5 of this brand of air filters and recommend them to everyone.

How often do I change the filter? I needed at least one more Air cleaner as my house is old and dusty although I try to keep it clean and change AC and air cleaner filters in each room often. It made egg roll smell go away after cooking last night so hurray it works! I have breathing problems and allergies cough so hopefully this helps that too.
