Greater than one weekI liked the color and the way that it worked (push the button to open, push the button to close then push down on the top of the umbrella to secure), it was easy to use. I used it for rain and it did its job. Its very sturdy and fairly small, which is good because you can put it in a bag and carry it around with you. It felt comfortable in my hands (I have smaller hands ). It was also really light, which is great because I dont really like it when my umbrellas weigh me down. This umbrella also comes with a bonus drawstring bag that has a waterproof plastic (?) liner inside. The liner is legitimately waterproof rather than water resistant and is perfect for carrying a wet umbrella or a wet swimsuit or anything you would like to keep safe from rain/snow/water. This umbrella is comparable to other umbrellas at its price point, and the bonus wet bag puts it over the top.

Greater than one weekThe plastic lined bag is a great idea. Its always a pain to deal with a wet umbrella once inside work. The umbrella itself folds down small enough to fit into a purse. My wife really liked the pattern and the sack it comes with. This is a great idea. Good quality and value.

> 3 dayI love the bag that comes with this umbrella. I’ve never seen such a clever design! It’s small, perfect for carrying around a city. What makes it perfect is that the liner isn’t attached on one side, allowing you to carry a wet umbrella in the lined half and keep the rest of your belongings dry in the other. Brilliant! The umbrella is nice and sturdy. I don’t love ones that fold small usually, but this one feels like it is good quality. I still wouldn’t use it in windy cities, but it should work fine for most places. The astronaut design is beautiful, too, I love it! I expect it will draw many compliments.

> 3 dayI am fascinated by astronauts so I love this design. Although I havent used this umbrella in the rain yet, I did try this umbrella out on a very windy day. I could feel the wind tugging at the umbrella but I did not have any trouble with the umbrella which stayed in the shape it should be. This umbrella is what I consider normal sized so I think its best for rains where the rain is not coming in sideways or at an angle. I think this umbrella would have a hard time keeping me dry since the edges do not extend down much. This umbrella opens really easily by just pressing a button. Its only a bit more difficult getting it folded up for I basically push it down. Ill probably never get the cover back on it so its great that it comes with a waterproof drawstring backpack so theres no dripping. The drawstring backpack is plenty big for the umbrella and has a clear plastic lining inside. This makes a wet umbrella really easy to carry which is always a problem when indoors. My rating is 5 stars for the astronaut design, easy of opening, and the waterproof drawstring backpack.

Greater than one weekThis strong compact umbrella has a hilarious image and is combined with a cover and backpack that have the same image. It makes a rainy day cheerier. The tense springing nature has ups and downs - first, its easy to open. Hit the button and it POPS open FAST. It fits nicely in the cover for storage after use, and the backpack has a plastic pocket that will store a wet umbrella without making any part of YOU wet as you walk around with it, saving you from making floors slippery in the store or leaving it in the communal umbrella bucket, or tossing it onto the floorboard of your car where it will get stepped on. Very handy! The squishy grip handle is sturdy and has no sharp edges, and the button to open the umbrella is easy to find as it is a contrasting color. The downside of the springiness is that it wants to stay open. It is very difficult to close one-handed. Even two-handed, this ardent protector against water coming from the sky is hesitant to close up and get back into the backpack. Trying to rush the process might impact its tri-fold design or the hinges and springs. The upside is that the shut-open-shut maneuver will FLING water off of the dome with vigor, so once it does close, its not dripping wet. Only you know if you rush to get umbrella coverage fast is more important to you than your rush to close it up when you arrive at your destination. For me, it is a net positive. Overall this is a good set and sized for teens or older, and the dome has enough coverage for a medium size person with medium size parts. Younger people with smaller hands might have trouble closing it.
