> 24 hourThese made in China remotes are good until small ants decide it would be a good home. The seals protecting the motherboard are hopeless. The ants have destroyed 2 remotes in less than 15 months. Next replacement will be re-engineered with lots of silicone to properly seal the electronics. Pretty bad design.

> 24 hourEasy to configure and install. This replaces a third party keypad talking to a LM wireless receiver that died. Setting up and programming was a breeze. I’m so impressed I’m going to replace another keypad with one more of these.

> 24 hourUsed for and works well with our commercial grade LiftMaster SL3000101U 1 HP Slide Gate Opener. Has four mounting holes in case housing back-plate for mounting to a keypad pedestal or a flat surface with 1/4 bolts or screws. Case has a key lock in bottom to prevent tampering with or unauthorized removal from mounted surface. Uses one non-rechargable 9 volt lithium battery rated for ~5 years use. Straightforward programming instructions included with keypad, or available for download on LiftMaster website. Easily syncd with the gates receiver.

> 24 hourNo complaints. This works with our Liftmaster gate system and is wireless, so no need to run wiring under our driveway. I used a couple of pieces of flatbar to mount it to the fence next to the gate and it looks like it was meant to be there. It has been installed and working over one year now and we still havent had to change the battery.

> 24 hourThis opener is dependable, durable, and can weather the elements like an outdoor opener should. If you have a LiftMaster opener, you need this.

> 24 hourWe replaced an old keypad for our driveway gate with this one. The old one had buttons sticking on it after many years of use. 2 months later we are still fussing with this new one to work properly. This is the second new keypad to try. Our remotes still work fine from 400 feet away. Calls and emails to LiftMaster (Chamberlin) have not been helpful. This new unit will open the gate only half the time if a car is pulled up cost to it (like one would normally use the keypad). Product support said to change the battery which was done with a new lithium 9volt. Then they said to buy a remote antenna for the receiver. I had one that the LiftMaster dealer did not hook up when we got a new gate system a couple years ago to replace a 6 month old system that went bad (another LiftMaster story in itself). So we hooked that back up and no change. So I moved the antenna to the gate and even close to the keypad and pulled the antenna wire out of the keypad to expose that. It was only slightly better. So we moved the antenna even closer still and no change. The antenna is in line of sight and 7 feet from the keypad. I now have a sticker on the keypad to tell people to move their vehicle 3 to 4 feet away from the keypad and get out to enter the code if the gate didnt open. Thats ridiculous for a gate opener. Product support said that LED headlights affect their openers but its much worse than that. With all the problems with LiftMaster equipment and 2 of the local authorized dealers I would be very wary of their products and support.
