The straps are comfortable and adjustable. The zippers are smooth and sturdy. The strap across the back makes it so that you can easily attach this to the handle of your luggage, so that you can avoid back and shoulder strain as you move through the airport. It’s not water resistant, but aside from that, it’s a great quality item.
