> 3 dayFor a very light weight backpack, this pack if filled with features. Lots of good pockets, but inside and out. Cargo pockets on the outside. There is a separate padded and zippered pocket for a laptop. I put manila folders in there, as well. The straps are soft and comfortable - probably shaped for a feminine build. I love that it included a trolley sleeve on the back, because I travel with a back pack a lot. Very nice quality, as well.

> 3 dayI love Vera Bradley products because they are usually top quality. I bought this backpack for my 7th grader and one of the zippers busted the 2nd week of face to face school. She barely had anything in the bag, very disappointing. I honestly think it is a fluke. BUT, it is already too late to exchange it because I bought it back in July.

Very Bradley will not assist with returns since this is a third party seller that is not authorized to sell their items.Placed order on 4/1/2016 and it is now outside return window. Will not be purchasing from this seller again.
