Ive used the ak-11 before so its exactly what i wanted. Good product for the price. Im a happy customer.

It works well and all that, would have given this product 5 stars based on the keypad itself, but something is wrong with the keypad we have and I thought rather than spending a whole bunch of time guessing and checking to see if theres a broken wire somewhere, Id call tech support. Normal amount of garbage trying to talk to a human, which I do expect these days (not the reason for a 3 star review), I was told that if Id like to get help with this thatd Id be charged $50 to speak with a tech support person. $50 to help me with a product I bought from them?? Ridiculous if you ask me. Even with a new car that I buy from a dealership, they will check it for free. I would totally understand and be willing to buy new parts or a new keypad if necessary, but to charge me $50 when they may not even be able to help me seems like an absurd business model. I will not buy another Linear product, there are other products that perform the same functions and will work well that wont charge me to ask a quick question.

The back plate that the keypad locks into broke after 3 months.

Will not accept any input. Customer support is a joke. no waranty for end user.

Great product. Replaced existing been in service for years. It took a lightning strike 50 feet away to take it out.
