Love this product but this is the worst flavor.

GREAT! I drink one of these every day. (I train everyday and live in south florida). Needless to say I sweat a lot but these keep me hydrated and taste great.

This is the only flavor that my family enjoys. We have it on a monthly subscribe and save purchase because it’s so great for all the athletes in my house and keeping them hydrated.

Taste good. It appears to revive me after strenuous activity.

Liquid IV delivers as promised the results claimed. Ive tried similar products advertised on Amazon but with poor results, this product has given me relief from my leg cramps by letting me sleep after drinking at bedtime the cheaper products dont.

I am a lover over lemony flavored water but this is GROSS. Also makes water oddly thicker. I literally just chug it down to get it over with. If you can get passed the taste then you are good because this actually works. I’ve been using it specifically because I have been taking creatine and need the extra hydration to get the most out of it. This works great.

A friend of my daughters is enlisted. I sent this along with several items to his troop. It’s great for getting the right hydration.
