Ive been getting these in my Walmart goodie bags for a while but it was SO helpful after I had to leave work after a kidney infection and a fever. I had chugged water to try to flush everything, and because the fever made me thirsty. I was throwing up and all of this brought on such severe muscle cramps that I could see my calf caving in when it happened. I was so sick and laying on a heating pad, but when the leg cramps kicked in, Id have to jump out of bed and stomp and stretch on the ground until both legs stopped cramping, more times than I could count, so I really couldnt get rest despite trying. I took my regular potassium and magnesium after this, and I found a resting position where it seemed to be least likely to happen, and I looked up possible causes. I read that it could be a lack of sodium from water intoxication. I didnt think chugging salt was a great idea, so I scoured my cabinets for anything that might help. I found this from my Walmart pickup goodie bag and the leg cramps INSTANTLY went away. I already know I sometimes drink too much water, and sometimes I get these cramps at night anyways, but not as severely, so I purchased another bag. This REALLY helped me when I was sick and couldnt get comfortable. I cant give it a high enough rating. Definitely worth the price if you need it!

Like a ton of people I am horrible about drinking enough water. I bought these to try and help out and they totally did! I drink one a day and it also helps me to drink more water after it also because I dont get that weird full of water feeling. I have tried other flavors and they are good as well but I like lemon lime the best. I do not follow the instructions of how much liquid to mix each pack with. I use a whole shaker bottle and just one pack but I actually prefer it that way. That way the flavor isnt as strong.

The main reason I use liquid IV is that it’s lower sugar and higher vitamins

This stuff seriously works. Took on a 5 day cruise when we had the unlimited drink package, and these liquid IVs saved my life several times. Wouldn’t have made it to dinner/gotten off the ship the next morning without them lol

Taste good. It appears to revive me after strenuous activity.
