I have never tried these before but got them for Coachella. They were a life saver! The taste is whatever but they really help if you feel dehydrated. Would definitely recommend for long days outside.

This stuff is effective and delicious. I have always been a person who has struggled to drink enough water. Im often dehydrated and this can lead to brain fog and migraines - especially during and after workouts. When I use Liquid IV, I put 1/4 in each large bottle of water I drink. The yummy flavor is enough to keep me drinking throughout the day and by the end of the day I have used one entire Liquid IV dose. I do notice a difference from when I am hydrated with just water versus being hydrated with Liquid IV. I feel like the biggest difference I notice is that Liquid IV helps reduce brain fog. If ever I feel a migraine coming on, I quickly use Liquid IV and notice a quick reduction in my symptoms. During fasts, I also use Liquid IV to ensure I am getting enough electrolytes. I have tried the other flavors of Liquid IV but Lemon Lime continues to be my all-time favorite. The visual identity is well-displayed on the packaging and the info has a decent hierarchy to where you know what youre looking at and how to use the product. The only thing I would change is that I wish they sold a stackable version.

Liquid IV is the only one for me to help with my low sodium and hydration issues. This seller had great tasting product compare to others. I think the price should be no more than a $1 each, and usually only buy them at that price. If not Amazon for that price, Ill grab them at C0st)o.

Mixed with water taste was very tolerable. Mixed in a 32oz bottle. Little after taste but enjoyable.

A friend of my daughters is enlisted. I sent this along with several items to his troop. It’s great for getting the right hydration.

I dont know why this doesnt show the nutritional information on the product page. Ingredients, yes, but amounts, no. If I was shopping around, I likely would never have purchased this. But I had tried it before and already knew that it was a legit electrolyte replacer. But heres the thing. There are any so-called electrolyte replacers on the market. Dont buy this if you are just looking to flavor your water. Buy this if you profusely sweat, work hard labor outside, or go for long intense hikes, or for emergency use if water is scarce (I like keeping some in my car). A true electrolyte replacer of a serious kind will have quite a bit of sodium (and sugar) and will not taste all that great. But it will help your body quickly, and could be matter of feeling well or feeling bad, or maybe difference between life and death. It isnt water itself that hydrates you, it is minerals/electrolytes. Did you know that if you drank too much water and didnt have enough actual electrolytes, that you are in fact dehydrating yourself further? This is because your body is being diluted. So add in an electrolyte multiplier such as Liquid IV, and you will be set. Keep this in mind in case you are the type that aims for drinking a gallon or so of water a day (or be sure to eat foods that will replenish electrolytes). Not seriously dehydrated? Then go with something more low key. Something that may have just a little sodium, sugar, and minerals. Some are even sugar free. Thats good for those not into drinking water or much of any fluid or watery foods, of for light weight activity, basic hot day, just feeling run down. Just need the little extra to top off small losses. Save Liquid IV for more intense stuff, big electrolye losses. 4.5 stars. Will likely buy again. Would like to see them include the detailed packet information, That being said, I bought it for use in intense sweat situations and true dehydration scenarios. I am a bit of a prepper, and so I will be adding this to my hiking bag, emergency car bag, get home bag/bug out bag, medical kit. If food is scarce or low or only foods with little sodium or other minerals are available, then the need to replace is that much more vital. If you have ever been truly dehydrated, it is a scary feeling. The immense relief that can come from the first few sips is amazing. Ingredients Pure Cane Sugar, Dextrose, Citric Acid, Salt, Potassium Citrate, Sodium Citrate, Dipotassium Phosphate, Silicon Dioxide, Rebaudioside A (Stevia Leaf Extract), Natural Flavor, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide), Vitamin B5 (D-Calcium Pantothenate), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin)

Good flavor, good ingredients but a lot of sodium and a good bit of sugar, so use case is a bit more limited than some sport drinks, but excellent for those who are sick, went way overboard drinking the night before, or had a monster workout.
