I just finished the last pack it was amazing, took it to EDC Vegas with me this was a perfect hydration pack!

My husband asked an ED doctor what he can do to keep me from dehydrated every day. The hospital is 1 hour away and the ambulances were getting extremely expensive. The trick is get your favorite flavor, mine is: Passion Fruit.

The flavor isnt too bad. Its definitely on par with the flavors of energy or sports drink. Liquid I.V. is perfect on days when Ive forgotten to drink enough water or Im feeling particularly dehydrated. These are single-serving packets so if youre traveling you can just grab a few from the pack and use them when you need them.

I hope it works for the price... but there is no way to tell if it is a great hydration solution or koolaid, is it?

I was so burnt out. Caffeine did not help. I had a low grade ache all over my body. I remember when I was young, a farmer saying that he mostly treated his pigs with minerals and had good success. The first day I started this drink - I got all of my todos done! That hadnt happened in a while! This drink worked so well for me that I barely need any caffeine drinks. (I just forget to use them!) I have since tried the Sprouts Brand. - Not nearly as good. but OK in a pinch but Liquid IV is my go to drink. I works out to less money than I used to spend on sugary caffeine drinks. I like the Passion Fruit. The Pina Colada - not as much. Caution: Ive ordered a few times and if they send you the wrong flavor - you cannot return it!!

My wifes blood pressure drops from dehydration. One package brings Blood Pressure back to normal. No doubt it is a life saver for my wife!

I love the effects but this isn’t my fav flavor. I’ll go with a different one text time.

Not a fan of the passion fruit

I love these hydration packs! They work amazingly well. The flavors arent overwhelming either which I really like. Passion fruit is a favorite for our whole family!!
