I like that I received this within a day of ordering. I like the taste - a tiny hint of saltiness. I’m using this for when I don’t drink enough water during the day at work or on heavy workout days. Probably will buy again.

It says to mix Into 20 oz or so and I like to mix it into a 500ml water bottle it taste sooo good and it quenches my thirst wish they where less expensive

This product helped me last summer when I was in near kidney failure to hydrate and stay hydrated and when the doctor tested me again I was back to normal. I keep it and drink it when I feel myself lacking hydration. I also get some to give away as gifts.

Liquid IV makes me feel nice.

I got the watermelon flavor and it sucks but I am very active and live in a dry place and am often dehydrated and this works great for dehydration. I can tough out the flavor for the results. If the taste is too strong I just add more water and its more ok.

This is by far my fav flavor of liquid iv. Used to only take before drinking and it would save me from hangovers. But now I drink one everyday and I feel great!
