I love the taste of this and recommend if you dont like Gatorade. It is salty, but it doesnt make me thirsty they way Gatorade does. Great for during and after long runs.

well, on day one of use I realize less is more, I followed the instructions on the pack and I was having shakes and heart flutters. on top of that the flavor is interesting. the scent reminds me of tang or cactus cooler but somehow the flavor feels thick and tastes muted? so here I am on day 2 to say I fill my cup with water then add a little of the powder at a time, mix it, taste it and add more as needed. with that being said I probably wont come back to update this review, just wanted to let people know dont just jump in with this powder, take it slow until you know how it affects you. i have anxiety and no known heart problems if that helps.

I wanted to like these…I wanted to stay hydrated longer…but this has wayyyy too much sugar, gave me headaches. Couldn’t finish all of it

I love this ! working in a hospital, is very dry. I drink this and it helps me keep hydrided.
