The watermelon flavor is delicious! We carry a few of these with us when hiking, doing outdoor activities, and also at parties! It’s been a life-saver for surviving the next day after a night out or doing a ton of activities.

I have had to keep Gatorade or Powerade in my pantry all summer long. When I’m out in the sun for any length of time, I get sick. My son, who is a window cleaner, in a hot climate, had me try Liquid Iv. It tastes good and works quickly to rehydrate. Every flavor is good. Watermelon is my favorite. It dissolves easy and does not have a powdery taste. Plus I get the option of more flavors. It revives me quickly and I’m back to doing what I love, anything outside!

Bought this because it was on sale for a deal & I had heard about this product through an influencer on YouTube. Starting off, it is easy to use & I will say that the flavor I purchased was really good. Similar to the sour watermelon ring pop flavor. Easy to mix into a 16 oz bottle of water. I did feel very hydrated after having drank one per day. These do have caffeine in them however I did not feel overly caffinated by them or get any type of shakes or jitters. I do hope they will lower in price in the future so that I may purchase them more regularly.

Product is good and works however the packets were opened and the powder was everywhere. Unusable product and can’t exchange.

We were having trouble getting my 88-year-old Dad to drink water. His complaint was that water is boring. He was dehydrated and it was starting to affect him negatively. I was desperate and tried Liquid IV and guess what he LOVES it. After drinking it daily for a week I could see an immediate difference in his skin, and he has a nice rosy glow back on his face. I ordered a case of this stuff, and he loves the watermelon flavor.

As the title says, this tastes like youre drinking a whole watermelon. Not just the good part on the inside, the whole dang thing. Its a little weird.
