Cant say anything about the health benefits since its just a mixture of digestible chemicals but it does its purpose. Putting it in a pocket close to the body in an environment where you are sweating or is very humid and you will find your strips turned into a clump, you can still break off pieces of it to eat if you dont mind the details but the coolness of a large clump will give you a kick that almost burns your tongue and nose. Avoid experiencing it, personally I only saw it happen to a friend. Can be expensive if you happen to eat a lot of the strips on a daily basis like me. They taste good, are effective and dont make a lot of rattling noises when youre trying to discreetly slip one in your mouth like during a meeting, for instance, unlike tic tacs and such. They basically taste (and feel) like the listerine mouthwashes, which are often pretty strong and not always the most flavorful, but they work.
