> 3 dayI store extra kitty litter in a huge 69 quart rolling container, so we got this to scoop it out to refill the litter box after cleanings. Its good enough quality to dig in and lift out a large scoop of heavy kitty litter without the handle breaking. Weve been using it a few times a week for about a year now. Works perfectly!

> 3 dayI purchased this to more quickly pick up raked acorn piles here in the Northeast (So. Maine). It definitely worked for such purpose but I found that it didnt slide into the pile as well as I wanted it to if the front lip is flush against the grass. You have to elevate it high enough to get a few acorns under it to act as wheels. Once the pile is down to just a few dozen acorns, you can keep the scoop in one spot (like a dustpan) and push the remaining pile into it with your free hand. I was surprised to find the handle isnt very long but I do have large hands so it will probably work well for most people. Happy scooping!

Greater than one weekSturdy and very well built for the money I drilled holes in it to use when I am metal detecting in the water. Sifting through the sand for objects. A lot less expensive than buying a pre-drilled scoop specifically made for metal detecting. Cheap and effective.

> 3 dayI used this to make a sifting scoop for metal detecting at the beach. I made a PVC pipe handle, drilled 1/4 holes in 2 of the sides (both the bottoms), allowing me to scoop up sand, sift it out, and (hopefully) the metal treasure is left behind in the scoop. Works perfectly, and purposely made the entire thing using only plastic so it wouldnt interfere with the metal detector. FYI, similar metal sifting scoops are > $100, which is why I decided to make my own.
