I received this swing looks like it’s open before and old

I have had this swing for only a year. I tried to adjust the straps back down to a baby size because my toddler has outgrown it. This is impossible. The adjuster is locked on the strap and will not let me adjust it. Plus if you have any thumb nail at all, it is almost impossible to unlock this swing without hurting yourself. I bought the more expensive step 2 swing for one of my babies, I just need to replace this little tikes swings straps or something.

We have had this swing since May of 2020. My daughter still loves it!!! This is the best swing out there!!!

I seen some other swings that were very beautiful and cushiony however they didnt seem safe since they were lacking safety straps. Im glad I picked this one. Its adjustable to fit my 10 month old baby and I feel at ease knowing shes secure. She loves it and so do I!

This swing is very sturdy. 1 year old grandbaby fits securely.

I like that the swing is sturdy and assembled, all I had to do was take out of box and hook up to swing set. I do got to say is the clips are hard to unbuckle to get child out. But is a great swing
