My chinchillas love this. Sometimes I even find both of them squished in together. Easy to clean, easy to take apart and put back together. I did hang it from the top of the cage but they didnt seem to use it as much as when it was on the cage floor.

My rats love this! I have 4 female rats and they all cuddle up nicely in this space spod. I work at a Petco and have been recommending this to customers daily. I used to buy the cloth-made hammock for them but they would chew it up within a week. This baby just needs to be rinsed once a week and youre good to go. Its a money saver all around. Its easy to assemble, easy to put on and take off a wire cage.

Every rat needs at least one of these! My four rats loved climbing in together, or making a nest with paper. Just make sure to reinforce with zip ties if you hang it from the top of a cage - the clips as-is are not strong enough. It fits nicely in a carrier, too, for a place to sleep during trips.

My 2 male rats loved this when I first got them at 1 month old; they would always huddle into whenever it was bed time. Theyre about 3 months old now and they may or may not be fully grown. They can both still fit in it but they dont really share it as much as they used to. Will definitely need to buy them a second one :)

I got the larger size for my two female rats a few years ago and it was a favorite hangout. More recently I purchased the smaller one for my mouse and she liked it fine. Both large and small are easy to to put together and install and are sturdy little hides or hammocks.

I had bought this for my five girls, theyre all very chubby rats! I have heard a lot about the space pods or sputniks and had been wanting one for a while but have found that it was difficult to find any especially ranging in sizes and colors. Its very limit in terms of decoration but the space pod is still very cute. My girls really adore it and as much as 4 of them crowd up inside at once. I tend to switch around where I keep it. I have a critter nation so some weeks I have it hanging from the ceiling and some weeks I have it placed on the ground. Its a fairly versatile item and a must have for rat owners. It can take a bit of weight considering 4 of my five girls are super chubby and are more male sized.

The BEST cage accessory you can get for your rats! I have 5 boys in 3 different cages and have one of these in each cage. There is hardly a time I look in the cage without one of them in this! I hung them all on the top of the cage where they like to sleep. At first my boys took turns inside the pod but now they just pile in it! I wish I would’ve bought these sooner!

My three rats absolutely adore this. They all love to snuggle up together in it and nest in it and they pee All over it. I would definitely recommend making this something to hang off of the top of the cage instead of something at the bottom, for rats at least. My boys spend so much time sleeping together in this space pod, I cannot tell you how happy I am with this product. :-)

My rats loved this. I thought it was super cool that you can hang it or just put it on the ground. I hung it from the top of their cage. One of the bits that hold it up broke off after about a year of having it. Its not a big deal though, since my rats seemed to like it even more with it sitting on the floor of their cage. I was kind of disappointed that I couldnt pick its colors, but its not a huge deal. Very good product.

Bought this for my daughters rat and she likes her new home. Nice and roomy so when she gets a friend they will have enough space. Love that it can hang or stand alone.
