I used this on a remote control airplane engine muffler that I temperature check and the temp was within spec for this product but the muffler constantly came loose.

Watch out! The 50ml Bottle is shown and was expected, not the 10ml received.

I love this high temp version! but it might be harder to remove if heat is required....

Great to use in transmission and differential plugs.

For the person that used this product on a model plane muffler. According to the instructions, the product is best used on 1/4 to 3/4 inch threads. I’m curious if your application was outside, or within that specification? If outside this would be an explanation of failure.

the picture is for a battle of 50ml and when you get it is a battle of 10ml for $15.26 to mush money, a bottle of 246 50ml is $18.00

Shows large bottle, get a small bottle for the price of the large. Rip off.

Yes, the bottle youre buying is the small size but I think price is reasonable for that size. Loctite 246 is for high temp applications, making it a better choice vs regular medium strength blue threadlocker for applications on engines. Ive had bolts with the regular blue threadlocker come loose when used on my Harley engine.

    Transport too expensive to australia

Loctite 29513 246 blue thread locker cures quickly at room temperature and are resistant to oil and mild surface contamination. It has a slight odor and comes in a 10-milliliter bottle and is the best for fasteners between 1/4"" and 3/4"" diameters. Normal hassle-free disassembly using regular hand tools is truly possible.
