I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this bag. The inside is very soft and feels like there is a good amount of padding/protection. It holds my laptop, paperwork, planner, pens & probably a lot more if I try! The handles and shoulder strap are well constructed - all in all I am extremely happy with this purchase.
