Had a couple year old transmitter/controller and wanted to add another receiver/outlet. I guess they come in different frequencies -- you have to make sure you choose the right frequency band but Im happy to say that a couple years after the original purchase, you can still add and mix and match receivers into your control structure as long as theyre operating in the same frequency band. I found that you have to program BOTH on and off into the receiver so that it learns both commands. Does exactly what I wanted it to do. Thumbs up.

My living room has no overhead lights, so i was looking for an easy lighting solution. I bought 2 floor lamps and wanted them to be controlled together from 2 different switches (one by the hallway and one from the front door). the plugs are easy to configure to the controllers. I bought 2 plugs and 2 switches and i have the ability to control both lamps at the same time with both switches. makes it super convenient to turn the lights on at the front door and turn them off in the hallway!

I needed an outlet switch for the bathroom with the toggle button located on the side shown in the image. Amazingly, no other 3-prong outlet switches I could find on Amazon/Home Depot/ACE Hardware offered a switch on this particular side. I have a fan located on the opposite side of the bathroom counter and ran its electrical wire through a wire raceway/cover/channel along the counter ledge to the outlet and wanted the switch located by the outlet to quickly turn on/off the fan. This worked perfectly and very happy.

I have about 12 of these in my house and they are great. I will say that the ones with the round wall-mount switch are fantastic, but the ones with the rectangular wall mount switch part are not good. They work on the first button push about 50% of the time. When they don’t work, you have to push the button several times and then (usually) eventually you have to remove the switch and use it like a remote control, specifically aiming it at the item you are controlling. But the round wall switch/remote ones work every time on the first button push.
