Lotos LCS22 Plasma Cutter Consumables Sets for Brown Color LT5000D and Brown Color CT520D (22 Pieces)

Ordered these with the plasma cutter. Went to replace the parts and the threads are too coarse compared to the ones on the torch. Am I the only one this has happened to. I don’t use it a lot. I can’t return the consumables because it’s been over a year since I purchased them. Don’t make the same mistake. Check the threads.

I use more copper tips than anything else. Wish they sold them separately so I didnt waste parts. I got a cheaper machine but consumables are a killer. If I knew what the ripp off buying these groups of parts I would have gone with a more expensive cutter and been able to buy separate consumables. Research the cutters before buying and check the consumables and how they are sold.

Believe it or not Lotos gave the red case and brown case LTP5000D the same model number, LTP5000D. But they do not use the same consumables. When purchasing consumables, check the description title carefully. If it doesnt specifically say brown color then they will not fit the brown case LTP5000D. As of this writing, I am aware of 4 sets of consumables on Amazon that fit the brown case LTP5000D. There are two types, one includes the metal stand off and the other type does not. The extra accessories were helpful. They fit and worked as advertised. Was a bit difficult making sure they were the correct pieces. Their should have been a list of all accessory and their numbers in the description including the straight line and circle cutting guide

These particular consumables are for the brown color Lotos LT5000D. They are kind of pricey considering they need to be replaced often. The electrodes work well. They last a little longer than the tips do. Basically, for every 2 nozzles you swap, you will end up changing out an electrode. The cups are extremely fragile, but of course, they are ceramic. That was actually the reason I bought this set. My stinger fell off my work table and landed on the concrete causing the cup to shatter. I ended up using JB weld to hold it together for a few days until these came in the mail. Overall, they are good. They will get the job done and make clean cuts as long as your settings are where they should be on the unit. I just wish the price point was a bit lower or maybe included a few more pieces.

These are not brass and did not come with two porcelain insulators as pictured. I will be returning these.
