The banner was preassembled as described, and the manufacturer included a plastic needle in case any letters needed to be restrung. The colors are vibrant, and my daughter was so excited when she saw it hanging up on her birthday!

This is a beautifully made banner... I was very surprised by its quality and it was already on the string... Ive purchase some in the past that you had to string the letters... it was nice that it was already to go. The felt is thick and vibrant, will be able to use this over and over.... I HIGHLY recommend I was very happy with it and its a nice rainbow of colors.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing this banner. Everything comes on one string, not two like in the photo. Its decent quality felt and can be used over again, but its too long to hang on our fireplace like, Id like to.
