> 3 dayI originally was trying to set up a 3d printer octoprint server using an old netbook. Well, that seemed to be out of my league. Setting up the octoprint on a raspberry pi 3 b+ on the other hand was a breeze. There are limitless resources to be found on the internet which will walk you through the process. It has worked flawlessly in that capacity for me thus far, a little over a month.

> 3 dayAdmittedly I was cautious when buying this because it was only $0.02 higher than the board without the heatsinks, but I am glad I bought this one. The pi itself works wonderfully, meaning that yes the pi is a legit Pi 3 model B. And the heatsinks do their job-I actually only had them really working hard twice. However, I did have some trouble with the sd card I bought for it as it was a cheap Chinese counterfeit sandisk micro sd card. And even if the card wasnt one, it still wasnt a high enough class for the RPi to function properly. I will update once I get a new sd card that actually works.

> 3 dayA really good buy for 40 bucks. Its great for playing old school video games via emulation, and its fast enough to play old capcom and snk arcade fighting games at full speed, as well as snes and ps1 games at full speed. And the best part about it is how portable it is, say you want to have a retro game night at your friends house, but your friend doesnt play video games as much as he used to so he doesnt have any consoles, you could just use this. Its small enough to fit in your pocket and the actual game controllers are bigger than this thing.

> 3 dayWorks great. Lots of How-To info available to install the operating system and get it running. Boots just like a PC running Linux. Great for teaching.
