I prefer backpacks over purses and was very excited about this backpack. Even with 2 computers and a tablet. I still have lots of room for other things. Plenty of room and departments. The backpack is well made. Surprising not too high with a lot of items inside. Getting the zipper in the lock took some getting use to. Not easy at first getting both zippers in without one popping out.

It is beautifully designed and made very well. It has every compartment I need and is just the right size. I also love the colors and am really glad that there is a charger portal. This is a great backpack. I love using backpacks and this is honestly the best I have ever had. Iris

If you like pockets this bag is for you! There are so many and you just keep finding them. I ended up taking this to Vegas and due to unforeseen circumstances I had to use this as a throw up bag... which resulted in leaving the bag in Vegas. I ordered a new ones and its a little different then the original one I had purchased which is why I gave it a 3 star. My first one had a wider strap in the back for luagge purposes and the pockets seemed to be a little different as well. Overall LOVE the bag. Just buy it. You wont regret it.

This bag is so cute I got it in the light pink if it’s so much stuff but it’s still cute and small so many different pockets on the inside so much room!

Edit to Original: While the product hasnt changed since my original review, I was surprised by the customer service of this company. They reached out after the review and offered an exchange/refund for one of their other backpacks. Very few, if any, companies care enough to go to this length to satisfy a customer. This company and its customer service are keepers! Original Review: I have a love/hate relationship with this backpack. I love the number of pockets and its sturdiness. I hate the way it protrudes off the back and looks like a bowling ball bag. I want to hide it away and yet it does its job. *SIGH*
