It is soft, can hold a lot of things for travel and is not heavy. Good quality. I love it

My wife bought it for herself, it came in quite handy in a recent overseas & intercity trips we took. Quite sturdy and fits under the seat infront in Greyhound busses, and airplanes.

The is made of durable fabric and brass zippers. The issue is that one of the 2 pulls no longer functions due to the fabric it is attached to is fraying and has clogged the track. Other than that I like the bag, tons of pockets inside and handy exterior areas as well. It hold A lot and can cause it to weigh a lot.

I received the bag and I can already tell that I love it! The size and pockets will pack much more efficiently than my previous backpack that I use for traveling. The quality is great and I love it came in purple.

I like both backpacks. I wish the yellow came in 17 inch. I cruise often. They make great carry on.

I absolutely love it. I wish I would have gotten the bigger one so my keyboard could fit but I don’t want to wait lol. The cutest most efficient bag ever!!! True beautiful color and LOTS OF POCKETS. I love pockets. 10/10

I love this backpack. It has more room then a typical one as it has one big section as opposed to a few smaller sections. I can fit my computer ,shoes and small purse and there is still room for more.

I use it for work, but it will always seem over full when it’s not because I have things in different compartments but the main compartment is mostly empty so I don’t know why it always feels full. None of my other compartments are full either. I don’t know may be putting stuff the way it supposed to be put makes it feel bulkier or heavier. I don’t even have a laptop or tablet in my bag, maybe if I put everything in the main compartment will fill out the bag better. but it always feels heavy other than that, I have no issues at all. It has held up very well. I work at the hospital so I need something strong and it does what I needed to do.

I purchased this bag; in the 15.2 size; to be my personal item ; on the plane; for a trip to India. I would have given it five stars, but before I even left the terminal, the stitching on one of the backpack straps gave way, and I had to deal with a broken strap for the rest of the trip. Otherwise, the material is durable, stain resistant, and has lots of organizational options. The snaps and zippers are good quality. I got the one with the black and white vertical stripes and its very attractive and smart looking. My daughter saw my bag and ordered herself the black one, which also has a nice, business like appearance. Luckily, my daughter is a handy person, and she repaired and reinforced the stitching on the straps, so Im looking forward to many more trips with this bag. Definitely buy it; just reinforce the stitching on the backpack straps before you travel. (The problem area was at the bottom of the straps, where the adjustment buckles are.) I also found a new use for the bag, during my flight. Fully packed, it makes a nice footrest, to elevate your legs during the flight.
