> 3 dayThese do not hold 10 pounds, let alone 100. I bought to hold things on the back of my door, but won’t do what I was looking for.

> 3 dayThese babies are STRONG. Affix crazy tight! Husband and I had to use pliers to remove to reposition. Do not mean to sound displeased. They are very sturdy and supportive. But not removable by hand for us. Like - and have ordered multiple times

> 3 dayI am surprised no one has mentioned this yet. These are awesome for mounting most types of pegboard on an large enough flat surface. If you place one of these at each corner, and every 16 or so, and one about in the middle, they can support a good amount of weight over the whole of a pegboard setup. If there is a solid surface at the bottom, then they can support a lot more. With a base to rest on, the magnets wont slide and instead go to their pulling weight. The screws I used are M4x18mm, .7 pitch. This makes them perfect for added capacity in tool chests, refrigerators/freezers, or my favorite, the metal walls of stationary shipping storage containers. I have added several to my new tool boxes for added easy access storage. Now I am just waiting for all the hooks. Yes, I know they are dusty. I am waiting for everything to show up before loading them down.

> 3 dayTook these on a cruise to Alaska. They worked well. No real complaints. They are definitely not 100lb magnets. I hung my camera bag up from the ceiling and a single hook was just enough to hold it up. It weighed maybe 15lbs and the direction it was pulling was straight down. I doubled up on the hooks for this bag and it worked just fine. I would guess that a single one of these hooks in a real world application on a cruise ship ceiling will hold 20-25lbs. Directly mounted to a huge block of steel maybe you could get a 100lb test pull but in the real world its no where near that. Similarly, mounted on a wall one of these hooks is fine for hanging coats or towels but heavy items will cause the magnets to slide. All that said, they were well priced. They are well made. And they work fine as long as you know their limitations.
