Do not purchase this Amiibo, I can confirm it is a fake that will not work with your Nintendo consoles.

My grandson absolutely loves it.

the figure was perfection at its finest, not a problem with the figure, I dont use it for the wii u. But this is.. this amazing to see it from opening the package!!!!

Works perfectly & not region locked. Was able to use in the US with North American version devices regardless of Japanese packaging. Original Nintendo amiibo.
