Lucky Crew Complete Pro Scooter - Best Trick Scooter for Beginner to Intermediate Riders

We followed the directions on assembly and the handle bars get loose after my son rides it for 20 minutes. We have tightened the bolts very tight and it still loosens after a short amount of time. I have emailed the support email twice and they do not answer questions or provide any feedback. At this point I can not recommend buying this scooter, or any other Lucky scooter.

My son had this about five days, the back wheel bearing didn’t sound right, so we tried within the company to see if they would send us out a new wheel for the back and they made him jump through hoops galore all the way from 9-10 emails to a tech call taking it apart completely and putting back together and none of it was resolved. Back wheel was still noisy. They would not send him a new one and make things right so we returned it after we got tired of the games.

My 8 yr old LOVES this scooter! Major step up from his razor! It was easy to assemble straight outta the box , however the clamp that holds the wheel straight has needed constant readjustment . I have 2 other people check assembly & tighten this thing and the wheel still gets knocked out of alignment daily . Also the wheels are already showing significant wear - small chunks of rubber missing in the wheel. Scooter is less than two weeks old .

Product label on box was correct but the wrong scooter was in the box. Sadly, had to return.

My son is in love! He’s really into scooter tricks and stuff and he loves that this one is very quiet and super sturdy. He put it together in less than 5 min.

My 10 year old absolutely loves this scooter. It’s such a smooth ride and so quiet. He’s learning to do some tricks.
