Plastic locks, handle rattles, gap when closed, low quality

The items inside became loose even with the hanging divider. The hanging divider itself would get unhooked very easily, loosening the items while trying to close it. It’s very annoying. I would return it if I could.

The case looks sturdy but two main problems; one of the two locks doesnt sit properly compared to the other lock. I think its bent. Second, I cant remove the product label. It was a perforated product label and I tore off at the perforation but there is this stubborn little piece of white label that I cant remove (see photo). Its under the rivets. Ive tried everything. It looks horrible like that.

This suitcase is amazing. Built like a tank, but its lightweight and highly maneuverable. The image shows two locking latches, but the item I ordered (28) has a third non-locking latch in the middle. Its well-crafted in every detail, with smooth wheels and a very comfortable handle.

I bought this for my wife and we took it on a flight recently and she loved it! It fits perfect in the overhead and holds plenty.

On first use / first trip, just a day or two in, the interior lining of suitcase started coming apart leaving the sticky adhesive exposed … it got on my clothing, everything, etc inside of the suitcase. I really don’t know if I can fix it myself and unfortunately I’m 5 days past the return window and can’t get anyone to respond to me. Beyond disappointing.

Great carry-on case is plastic with metal corners and metal that runs along the edges and metal hinges. it is very light and flying with Ryan air and Easy jet they actually weigh your carry on case to the lighter the case the better!

I bought this 24” luggage to match the 20” carry on that I was impressed with. But when I received this item, I knew right away there was something wrong just by looking at how the box and packaging it came in. It was tattered. The seal wasn’t the original seal. It was tampered with a flimsy scotch tape. When I opened the box, the suitcase had scratches, the wheel’s wasn’t brand new, evident that was a return and used. I’m very disappointed. I may cancel the 28” I ordered as I might get another disappointing item.

I bought this suitcase for its elegant look. I’m a big fan of modern and minimalist design. I also love the quality. Password reset is easy and quick. Overall very happy with the purchase! Recommend!
