Cheap product, zipper broke first use, Amazon refuses to help.

I purchased this rolling bag for my wife because she carries so much stuff to her office. Laptop, folders, files, etc. The rolling action saves her shoulders from carrying a heavy load. Great capacity. I chose Wenger because I have an old Wenger backpack designed for wearing on a motorcycle and it has held up incredibly well. In fact now that I think about it Ive had that bag for 15-20 years! And Im still using it regularly. Thats just rediculous. I hope this one holds up half as well.

Ive had Wenger backpacks for years and theyre the cadillacs of laptop backpacks. They last forever, are comfortable and perfectly made, and hold up to even the hardest use. But Ive gotten to an age where backpacks really arent a good solution. I dont need that weight on my back. I carry a laptop, charger, headset, a few other minor accessories, my lunch, and my workout shoes and clothes - so my backpacks are stuffed full and tend to be heavy.

I use it daily with two labtops and I pad and it holds up really well. Can be used for work and for multiple trips. Lots of room. Zippers are sturdy. The handle is sturdy. You are given a labtop sleeve and a pouch for your toiletries so for the price it’s well worth it. Wenger lasts a long time.

This bag is replacing one that Ive had for over 10 years. Nice craftsmanship with an adjustable handle. It has a well designed interior. The only drawback for me is that I wish it had more pocket spaces, like my E backpack. That would make this bag nearly perfect.

Like the shape and pockets. Don’t like the big compartment. Not functional when a laptop is in there. Loud and pole has already warped.

The Wenger bag is simply very well designed. I find the break down on the pockets, their size, and the ease of access to make this bag extremely useful. The zippers are wide and strong. It seems to be holding up nicely. The wheels are very solid and it rolls nicely. The handle is long enough and seems sturdy. The size is also right. Being about half the height of lots of roll-on bags, this fits easily into the overhead where Ive struggled with other bags, even when empty. Yeah, this is smaller, so you will be forced to carry less, but hey, its smaller, so youll carry less. The main bag is just great.

Lots of space and padded compartment; well made & sturdy. The handle extends quite a bit - may be a plus for taller individuals.

I have been using the Wenger Patriot for over 11 years. As a professor on the go, I keep everything in this rolling bag: books, binders, folders, pens, pencils, markers, staplers, and every other supply you can think of. It is basically a rolling office. In those 11 years, I have had 4 Patriots. One broke early on and Wenger replaced it. The reason all of them were replaced remains the same—the handle and the springs inside eventually wear out. As often as I extend and lower the handle, I am not surprised that it breaks down. The rest of the rolling bag remains in excellent condition. Any bag that lasts 4-5 years with as much abuse as I give it is a highly recommend bag.
