Why would you make a material that cant be opened by customer on delivery? The whole manual is outdated and canot put my laptop or trust to put it next time whre I need it after travel. Love your intentions but needs more work.

I’m very impressed with this suitcase. It’s so well constructed and beautiful. The piece’s shape offers a unique and practical appeal. I unexpectedly was forced to check the bag due to a full flight. I didn’t have the “raincoat” on the bag however the scuff marks buffed out of the garden aluminum completely with the magic eraser. I’m so impressed with this bag. I will be buying the larger variation.

I took the suitcase out of the shipping box only to find it locked, no way to open it, and no instructions for opening it. Would be nice if I can actually open and use it in time for the trip I bought it for. Really disappointed.

Super cute, but you can’t put anything in the from like a charger. Only a computer or thin book will work. The front compartment doesn’t have enough depth so the cover will bend if anything is in it that isn’t flat.

Amazing quality and greater price. Been using it for a couple months as no complaints so far.

Good quality lightweight and great for traveling

I absolutely love this. It makes for a great carry on with a lot of storage. Durable. Good materials inside. Zippers durable.
