Axles too short. Everything else good.

Worked well and included everything except the drill to remove the old wheels from the shaft. I would have given 5 stars except it lacked any instructions. Fortunately there are videos on Youtube that show the installation.

I rarely try to repair anything, but the wheels on my favorite piece of luggage were damaged on my last trip out of the country. I stored the bag, completely forgot about it, and then freaked out when I had to use it (quickly). I watched a utube Instructional and then ordered the wheels. 5 minutes after they arrived I had them on the frame and ready to go. Great product, and plenty of extra parts to customize the wheels if needed

I got them installed but they were a little large. I had nothing to go by, because my old wheels rubber was missing.

My Eagle Creek bag could not be found anywhere on the Eagle Creek Spare Parts website. Their website does not even list 76mm wheels for any bags. So finding these saved this bag from the garbage. These wheels perfectly met my expectations. Shipped fast in a well packaged box. Contained everything I needed to replace the cheap stock wheels that shattered on our last trip. Fit perfectly and roll much smoother than the stock wheels. I will definitely buy again if I have any other wheels self-destruct.

Tough to fit for my application, but once they were on, they work very well. I expect years of great use.
