Below is my original review but then the company reached out to me and sent me a whole new suitcase and I didn’t even have to send back the broken one. Thank you for doing the right thing! One of the wheels broke the first time I used the case but it was past the 30 day return window. If anyone has any suggestions or the seller reads this and can make it right, that would be lovely.

all 3 suitcases have a zippered covering on both sides of the case so that clothes stay in the suitcase when you open it up. Other suitcase that I have had in the past only have the zippered covering on one side and the other side has a strap which does not hold back your belongings and things fall out. Zippered on both sides is a must!! - beautiful on the inside and outside. I rate this suitcase a 10+

The luggage looks beautiful but I have not used it yet. The last luggage looked great on arrival but after just one use, the handle would not extend and then one of the wheels broke all on the first use. So hopefully I will have a better experience with this set. One of the reasons I actually purchased this set is that all 3 pieces are expandable, most sets reserve this feature for only the 2 larger bags.

A very good luggage for family travel. Event thought my shipment was delayed but customer services is excellent.

The luggage set it sturdy in my opinion. I bought the Blue set. Wonderful color. Easy to spot at the baggage carousel in the airport. Lots of room, easy to move around.

Great buy

I wanted to wait to write a review of this luggage until after we had returned from 10 days in Italy. And I can’t say enough good things about it! We got the champagne gold color, which is a great neutral for both me and my husband. Through three airports, two train stations, and four hotels, it has no dings, scratches or cracks. It rolls and pivots so smoothly, even down the cobblestone streets in Venice, Florence and Rome! All three sizes are expandable, which is rare for a set. And the multiple zip-up compartments and locking straps on the inside make it easy to keep things organized. The TSA-approved locks are great, but the instructions included with the luggage are not clear or helpful. But we found a YouTube video that explained everything, and they worked perfectly. We will likely buy a second set of this luggage!

Travel. Came through clean on 2 round trip travels already. The lock is a good feature and the lightweight.

Just took these on an international flight and they worked great. They are light, rolled easy and the lock was ingenious and easy to use. It is not that solid of a lock, but should keep honest people honest. A real thief could easily just cut the cloth zipper, so it isnt the most secure luggage out there. Overall though I really enjoyed them, and would purchase again.
