Lunn Studios Artisan Batiks Prisma Dyes Open Waters 15 Fat Quarters FQ-829-15

Love anything with Robert Kaufman fabrics, particularly the prisma dyes Open Waters by Lunn Studios. I bought 3 of these Fat Quarter sets.

I am not accustomed to getting solids in with batiks nor do I expect duplicates in fat quarter bundles. This bundle had both.

I love these fabrics!

Im papering, or whatever you call it, a wall with a selection of blue fabric. I would have preferred more light blues, but 2/3 of the fabric was dark, too dark for the tiny bathroom Im decorating. Its nice fabric though. But the selection was just okay, not what I had in mind.

Beautiful dye. The fold of the fabric was a little strange, recommend ironing before cutting. Plain gray fabric not included.

I used this color selection as the jumping off point for my fabric art quilt Imbolcs midnight dreams, adding purchased fabric for the backgrounds...inspiring selection and just what I was looking for!
