> 3 dayIt makes me sad to say this, especially considering the glowing reviews for this thing but... this isnt going to work for us. We have a long flight coming up in 2 days. I bought this so my son could carry all his toys and snacks in his backpack and thought this would be the perfect thing for him to keep them all contained once we got on the airplane. However, it doesnt fit in ANY of our carry-ons or backpacks (adult or youth sizes). I guess I shouldve checked the dimensions first but I figured it was made for convenient traveling and the listing touts its compactness so why shouldnt it be able to fit into a standard backpack?? Debating if I want to keep it for the car or not and honestly not sure what Ill do yet, but for now I give it 3 stars. I believe the good reviews but have to minus a star for the simple fact that it doesnt fit in anything (Im not going to drag it around as an extra carry on), and minus another star because its a bit cumbersome and there are a lot of detachable random pieces that can slip out easily even when its folded if you dont fold it up in a specific way-- something I dont think my 4.5 yr old could handle.

> 3 dayI’m traveling on a plane with a 3 year old and wanted to make sure I could keep her entertained while she is harnessed in. This tray is super easy to carry with its shoulder strap and sets up very nicely. Very compact and well designed.

> 3 dayIts as sturdy as you could expect, it travels well, and I like the whiteboard surface. Its good quality, maybe a touch expensive but worth it to keep them entertained.

> 3 dayWe purchased this for our 4 year old daughter for a long car ride and I very much like the design and sturdiness. Surprisingly, my daughter, who was really into the idea of having her coloring books for the ride never actually did use them! My only issue (as others have mentioned) is the lack of cushioning on the underside as she did complain about it bothering her lap. A small pad or beanbag would nicely do the job. We used a folding towel for the ride home and she did say that helped a lot, and she actually did use it for a while.

> 3 dayI was skeptical when I first opened the tray . The side flaps are not stiff so the tray cannot “sit” over the child’s lap. Before returning it though, I got a grandchild to try it out. This is what we discovered : 1-We have the Diono car seats ,so stiff sides wouldn’t have changed anything since there is nothing for tray to sit on. 2-The cup holder device is just a velcro piece that you position, but it works . 3-The IPad sleeve does not work on iPads in the kid-proof cases....we managed to stand the pad up using the separate “storage compartment” Velcro piece...it worked OK I decided not to return because it does what I need it to.... not perfectly, but OK

21-11-2024It worked well for drawing on while in the car but would have been better if the kids weren’t sitting so close together in the vehicle. Best for space in between children in the car. I also appreciate the pieces to make the cup holder and whatnot but it was too many pieces to keep up with.

> 3 dayWe bought two- one for a 3 year old (car seat) and one for an almost 6 year old (booster seat). Both kids loved them! We took some dry erase markers and they were able to color as they pleased on our long 14-hour road trip. They also used it as a table for snacks, a place to play with barbies or little toys, and when they wanted to watch a movie on their tablets, they could set down their show and watch while munching on a snack. I would not go on a long trip without these. Well worth the price and they were easy to assemble.

> 3 dayMy kiddo used the table the entire trip. It’s an easy clip and set to the side to get up and out. Also an easy one more click after ensuring my kiddo was safely buckled back up. Saved food messes too!
