To say thank you your tech-support was amazing. It was easy to install everybody that I went to for this computer that I bought online they were trying to charge me like 150 to 250 just to get the software on the computer because no one sells mountain lion anymore I searched on Amazon and I seen you. I saw the bear review and I was like oh wow , but then I seen the good review and I was like OK I’m just going to give it a try. I’m glad I did not let those few bad reviews steer me in a way because you definitely explained it very well it definitely work so I just wanna say thank you and you all please buy it from him because he is legit and if you can’t just reach out to him he does seem like he’s willing to help although I didn’t need additional help I did sincerely feel like he would help.

Came across a non-working Macbook Pro at garage sale..... All it needed was a new hard drive, and operating system.... Took a guess and went with Lion OSX.. USB fired right up and installed. Works perfectly! Not bad for $20 for the Macbook, and $25 for the USB install!

Got the product, followed the instructions and said it was corrupted. Do not get this product

I was trying to set up an old 2008 iMac to give to a friend, I could not install the operating system because older versions are not downloadable online. The first USB I got would not work correctly but after a few messages with the seller, he recommended I return it and try a different one which worked. Good communication despite the trouble, and everything is good now, would recommend.

Bought this product hoping that it would be a quick and cheap fix. Computer had previously crashed using Snow Leopard OS and thought step up to Lion OS would be acceptable. Apparently computer too messed up from crashing and has other problems so new Lion OS didn’t take.

Got the flash drive this morning and I am already installing software. Installed the new operating system and now I’m putting programs back on the computer. I tried doing this online through Apple and could not get it to work. Thanks
