Made in USA Collection 40 Precut 2.5-inch Quilting Fabric Strips

I wanted to make a a Lone Star Quilt for my daughter and her husband as an anniversary gift but I had never made a quilt before in my life. I purchased 2 of these jelly rolls because they pattern looked Americana to me and the results were more amazing then I could have ever dreamed. The material is nice and thick, not cheap at all and best part the colors don’t run. An absolute delight to work with, so much so I made the Irish Chain Quilt for me and my husband. I have bought other jelly rolls that were cheaper and that’s what I received cheap see through garbage., but not this jelly roll, it even has a nice weight to it. You won’t be disappointed!

This is nice fabric. It is not flimsy and there’s a great variety of patterns and prints.

Fabric was a bit stiff but that was okay for quilt piecing. It softened up after washing. Overall it was worth it and made a very nice quilt.

I made my grandson a weighted quilt/throw for college using the pattern jelly roll race 2. It looks great!
