I’m really disappointed with Magfast as they promised the extra cables after 3 were purchased. I used their code in there presentation. Could be an Amazon issue too.

Other cable will remain stiff, this one does not. Quality: You can bend the tips and it will not fail. The speed will allow you to download a movie or play a game with the fastest speeds. Satisfaction guaranteed. They follow up and every number below a 4. They want all 5 star rating. The USB-A connection is not allowed to be shipped with any Apple products. Amazon may have the same rule. Register your product and they will send out a USB-A connection to either the C-to-C or C-to-Lightening free of charge. If you order directly from MagFast.com, you should get the USB-A in the same shipping box.
