This lights are very pretty, easy to hang up and sturdy. The one drawback is that they don’t save your preferred setting and you have to reset the light pattern each time you turn them on. Defeats the purpose of plugging them into a timer when they come on a setting you need to change anyway.

I ordered these lights to hang on my ceiling in my classroom. I initially ordered 2 strands of lights, but once I started placing them, I realized another strand would really work well. The first two were great! Brand new, easy to put up, etc. The second order, however, was used. It did not state such on the description. I thought I was purchasing another, brand new strand of lights. Why would I think otherwise? The lights were a tangled mess, and smell a little funny. I dont have time to return this third strand, as school will be starting soon, and I need to get my room together. I was not happy with this last box. Wish I had taken a photo....didnt think about that. I hope the lights last as long as the new sets I purchased.

Love these lights! I had to order a second strand to complete the section of my pergola. It did not come with a remote. There is a controller box attached to the strand where you can change the light settings, and each setting is awesome. We plugged it into the timer so it automatically turns on at dusk. I Highly recommend! I’ll post an update when I get my second strand. ******************************************************** UPDATE 2nd STRAND ADDED ******************************************************** So happy with the final result with a second strand added. TIP: hang the main strand and do not untie the individual strands until you have your lights centered. Otherwise, they will get tangled. Since I already had a strand hung and untied, the lights started to get tangled up as I was re-centering the lights. I took a twist tie and bunched them together and this made adjusting the lights much easier.

Great. I should have stuck the command strips all the way at the top of the wall, because the amount of string light curled on the ground is about the distance from the ceiling to where I put them. Whoops. The string lights are cute. Apparently there is a button for different light settings, but it seems like only one setting is continuous bright light. There is also strobing, and soft light that fades off then on. This worked for a cute indoor anniversary setup, since a last minute thunderstorm scrapped the back porch plan A. Still cool.

I have bought these a couple times now and every time i put them up, 2 sections of the lights go out and i cant afford to buy more, really upsetting

I have similar lights in my office and wanted the same thing in our bedroom. I ordered two sets to connect and cover the entire wall with the headboard. Im rating this a 4 instead of a 5, primarily because we had to do a little wire stripping to shorten the distance between the two sets. Might be nice if the connection pieces were shorter to accommodate this and not have to worry about a ton of extra wire to hide. That said, with the wire stripped and fixed up, it was easy to hang up and we barely notice the connection!

It doesn’t have a remote control but I love that it has multi features of lights and it’s perfect for our behind our couch cute look. We keep them on as like a “night light” for our bunny and we love to have dance parties! It’s perfect for all lighting needs and when we want more light we turn on our main light but really Do love these! We used the clear mini command hooks to hold them up

A couple of caveats- 1. Do not unfurl the strands until AFTER you get the curtain hung or THEY WILL TANGLE and are a pain to untangle. BEFORE taking them down to store or move.re-bundle each strand separately the same way they were packaged or you will be sorry when you want to use them again. 2. The adapter GETS HOT. I am careful not to keep it plugged in too long and I use a SURGE PROTECTOR RATHER THAN PLUGGING IT DIRECTLY INTO A WALL OUTLET- but that is a good practice for all AC powered items. It is not unusual for adapters to get warm but I am very careful to keep them away from textiles and I run a small fan near my electronics (adapters, computers, routers, etc.) to keep them cooler and extend their life. (Be sure to keep all free from dust and moisture.) And again, I am also careful to UNPLUG them before going to bed, after a couple of hours use, or when not in use. These lights have several settings, fade, twinkle, running, flashing, steady on, etc. and add a warm tone and festive touch to your decor. Enjoy safely and responsibly.

Okay! so you need to know you have to get something to stick it to the wall. (obviously) i dont remember what we used but its still up 2 years after. Its super bright and lights up the whole room!
