My OT recommended this to me and she was dead right. I have severe arthritis in both thumbs and get bad forearm cramps. One squirt of this stuff used with Gua Sha paddle removes the pain immediately. Highly recommend

This oil doesn’t feel heavy or sticky. The essential oils in really do pack a punch when rubbed on sore muscles. The scent is relaxing.

I guess I’m hoping for miracles on such a broken body but it helps somewhat with the aim.

While I like the smell of muscle rubs (think bengay etc), not everyone does. I just say ope, about to smell like an old lady, watch out! The value is good and you get a screw cap and pump. A little goes a long way but again.... i like that smell..... others be warned

I purchased this to treat some arthritis in one of my fingers. It did the job for me. After about twelve hours, the sensation that the finger joints were swollen and hot had abated, and the pain was way down. I repeat the application every three or four hours. This is my second day of applying the ointment, and Im very happy with it. I applied it to a bit of tendonitis in my elbow (tennis elbow, I assume), and its also helped with that. It has a medicine smell to it (menthol). I dont care about that, but if youre looking for a floral scent or similar, you should probably skip this product. However, as a joint pain treatment, its working for me.
