> 24 hourI bought these to build a structure for a robotics project and they worked out great. I plan on using them in future projects. The beams are solidly made and had no warping or bends. They are also center drilled all the way through and tapped at both ends to receive M3 size screws. If you have used aluminum extrusions before but need to build a smaller structure, then I would highly recommend this product.

> 24 hourI bought these extrusions for a diy project, absolutely love them. But, the finish has been ruined due to aluminum chips and shavings left in the packing, and they bag them up so they rub together as well. I expected more from how expensive these are. Good otherwise, if you dont mind a rough finish.

> 24 hourFun pieces. Used for frame of small laser diode based cutter, heavily supported by 3D pieces. These are, as described, 10x10x300mm. 1cmx1cm is small and aluminum is malleable. That means bendable, deformable, easily scratchable, etc. Never fasten anything into one of the channels with a power driver like a drill, etc. or it will rip right through the Al.

> 24 hourIts very easy to build up my own projects with these beams. I love it!

> 24 hourI received these today, along with some corner brackets, and within an hour of opening the package the frame I was building was finished. Would scraps of wood and some brackets from the hardware store have been cheaper? Yes, but these are much more precise, which I needed for my current project. Overall, a solid product, if slightly pricey. Still, I would recommend these to anyone.

> 24 hourPretty good and sturdy. Problem is, it is too expensive and no other sources of accessories other than makerbeam themselves. I guess only the M3 Nut is available elsewhere. So if you run out of screws or of attachments, only makerbeam can help... for a price.

> 24 hourUsed for internal framing on a custom computer case. Allows for adjusting the positions of internal components that are mounted to the beams. The only complaint I have is there is no hole down the center for screwing into the end of the beams. Of course, right after I purchased, they announced that all of their beams come pre-drilled and tapped! Cant mark them down for that!

> 24 hourWorks great if you need a mini t bar slot. Be sure you know that this is smaller than the 1 extrusions we commonly see.
